The party invoking force majeure is obliged to notify the other party, within 5 (five) days, of the occurrence of the event and to take all possible measures to limit its consequences.
21. Applicable law
The contract will be governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any misunderstanding in relation to the relations arising from this contract shall be settled amicably, and in case of failure, be submitted to the competent courts materially in Cluj-Napoca, the arbitration procedure being excluded.
22. Final provisions
If any part of the Terms and Conditions is inapplicable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the applicability of any other part of the Terms and Conditions will not affect all other clauses remaining in effect and in effect.
